Free video webhost sites

I tried many webhost sites, but non of them is what I expected, at least not if you don't want to become a Premium Member and pay for the services.

Of all webhost sites I prefer Megaupload, as they have a very stable connection and allow to send large files, without the need to RAR them in many smaller files.
Secondly, if you pay a small some of money, you become a Premium member, with VIP handling. Once in a while I do that if I want to Up- or Download large quantities.

It would be nice if other members would also write about their experience with Webhost sites.

I prefer Megaupload, too... But I upload all files to rapidshare or sth else, cuz people from Russia can not download from megaupload...

So what happenes for instance with the files that members link to this site? Do you download them and upload them again with the other host?
